Training for competitive and non-competitive squads
is based on a weekly schedule. Squad members may choose
which sessions he/she will attend. Squad details and
training times are listed below.
Non-Competitive Squads

Mini Squad 1 |
Tue and Thu from 4:30 to 5:00pm. Sat from 8:30am to 9:00am. Swimmers can attend two or three times a week. |

Mini Squad 2 |
Tue and Thu from 5:00pm to 5:45pm.
Swimmers can attend
one or two sessions a week. |

Kids Keep Fit |
Tue and Thu from 5:45pm to 7:00pm. swimmers can attend one or two sessions
a week. |
Competitive Squads
|
Junior Competitive Squad |
Mon, Wed and Fri from 4.30pm to 5.30pm. Sat from 7.30am to 8.30am.
Swimmers are
expected to attend two or three sessions each week |

Intermediate Competitive Squad |
Mon, Wed and Fri from 5.30pm to 7:00pm. Tue and Thu from 6:00am to 7:00am.
Sat from 6:00am to 7:30am. Swimmers are expected to attend 4, 5 or 6 sessions each week |

Youth Competitive Squad |
Mon, Wed and Fri from 5:30am to 7:00am. Mon, Wed and Fri from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
Sat from 5:30am to 7:30am. Swimmers are expected to attend 6 or 7 sessions each week |
